The Amalfi is Tuscany Homes’ new model home in Flying Horse. The home was designed in Tuscany Homes’ signature Colorado Transitional style which mixes strong Tuscan elements with select classic European and Mountain Villa accents. The home has four bedrooms and four and a half baths, a loft area outfitted as a study, an optional theater/game room, laundry facilities on both the main and basement levels, ten foot ceilings and hardwood throughout the main living areas, and a wet bar with wine room. The home incorporates Age-in-Place design elements that include wide hallways, contiguous living areas, and a pre-designed and framed elevator that serves all three levels. To take advantage of the amazing views and mild weather, the home includes a substantial number of windows facing the southern exposure that are combined with large covered and uncovered decks to enable the indoor/outdoor living style desired by discriminating customers. The large master suite’s signature element is the dramatic, spa-like presentation of a dual-person hydro-massage tub and includes walk-in closets with in-place washer and dryer. The Amalfi is a design of inspired elegance and enduring value.

Founded in 2005, Tuscany Homes is unique in its approach to home design and state of the art home building. Eschewing strict adherence to traditional Colorado style, Tuscany Homes combines Contemporary and Mountain styles with a European luxury that is unique in artistry and atmosphere. As a full custom builder, special attention is given to every detail needed for a home of unprecedented style and livability. Tuscany also supports cutting-edge design needs such as age-in-place and high-angle home design and construction. You can find unique Tuscany Homes in premier neighborhoods throughout central Colorado. The founder of Tuscany Homes, Stan Campbell, designs and builds one of a kind homes, and he is a past recipient of both the Best Home and the People’s Choice awards. He created this winning style by establishing a clear purpose of mixing old world architecture with modern convenience and reliability to create unique homes tailored to every family.

The Amalfi incorporates contemporary interior design trends that blend subtly with natural elements. Tobacco, Sand, Warm Stone and Brandy Crème colors flow through the home creating a calm and serene atmosphere, while accents of Newbury Port Blue and Red Bay add personality to the living spaces. The open kitchen, loft, and great room reflect a commitment to comfort and connectivity. Clean lined furniture, supple fabrics and leathers add warmth to the contemporary feel while elegant yet simple window treatments frame the beautiful panoramic views. The maple hardwood floors, colored in a neutral Ravello and placed in alternating four, six, and eight inch planks, provide a warm and elegant finish to the home. The Transitional interior design was created by the award-winning Abercrombie & Lyke, Inc. (A&L). A&L fashions unique environments that capture and express their clients individual tastes and needs while balancing a home’s exterior and interior design elements.
